Impeller pumps are a specific type of pumping equipment that combines the advantages of dynamic pumps and volumetric pumps.

The working body of the impeller pump is a flexible impeller (impeller) located in the housing with a certain displacement (eccentricity). Due to the displacement of the impeller relative to the body and the flexibility of the lobes, when it rotates, we get a low - pressure zone on the one hand, and a high-pressure zone on the other.

The product gets into the low-pressure zone, is drawn into the suction path, and moving between the lobes is pushed into the pressure pipe.

This principle of operation of the pump provides the following advantages:

• smooth operation;
• the ability to pump viscous liquids;
• the ability to "dry suction";
• gentle, non-destructive pumping of structural products (cheeses, jams, yoghurts with berries, pates, etc.).
