Characteristics of Intalox metal rings:

• Excellent surface utilisation factor, high flow, low pressure drop, high mass transfer efficiency and good flexibility in operation;
• Often used in distillation, gas absorption, regeneration and desorption systems.

The Intalox metal saddle was developed by Norton in the United States. The Intalox metal saddle ring design is based on increasing the ring weave to avoid overlap and provide a degree of strength and rigidity through a series of small claws, increased gas and liquid mixing, and improved mass transfer to provide unique performance.

Available materials of Intalox metal rings: carbon steel, stainless steel, including 304, 304L, 410, 316, 316L, 316L.

Advantages of Intalox IMTP metal column nozzle Intalox IMTP metal column nozzle:

• universal nozzle used in distillation, absorption and other operations;
• used in both deep vacuum and high pressure columns;
• metal seat is a high-performance bulk nozzle, successfully used in both small and large diameter mass transfer columns. It is often used in deep vacuum columns, where low pressure drop is crucial, as well as in high pressure columns.
