Mechanical seal R-152
Seal with a bellows made of PTFE (fluoroplast) R-152 (T/R) - for external mounting (outside the stuffing box). The fixed part is made of ceramic with PTFE sealing inserts. The metal components are completely isolated from the process fluid. In the R-152R seal, the rubbing surface of the moving part is replaceable, which makes it possible to work with abrasive media. At the same time, the R-152T can withstand higher operating pressure.
Application: all these features make it possible to use R-152R / R-152T mechanical seals in extremely aggressive and corrosive environments of the chemical and petrochemical industries. It is often used to replace the seals of chemical pumps X, AH, HM, HMS.
Type: John Crane 10T/10R, Aesseal B08, Fluiten ES, Corropac 30, Anga A10/11.
