Mechanical seal R-31K/R-31U

Mechanical seal R-31K/R-31U is a combination of a seal of type R-21 with a hard coating of friction pairs, for more severe operating conditions. The seal is single, does not depend on the direction of rotation of the shaft, with a strong central non-clogging spring. It can be used as a component of a tandem seal.

Application: sewerage, water supply, food industry, centrifugal pumps, drainage, compressors and other rotating equipment.

Type: Flowserve Pac-seal Type 31.

Temperature: -20°~150°

Pressure: ≤1.5 MPa

Speed: ≤13 m/sec

Materials:

Rotary ring: Carbon/SIC;
Stationary ring: Ceramic/SIC/TC;
Bellows: NBR/EPDM/VITON;
Spring: SS304/SS316;
Metal parts: SS304/SS316.
