High-speed agitators, or as they are called in another way mixers, are equipment designed for mixing poorly soluble components, for components that differ significantly in density and consistency, products prone to separation, to improve heat transfer processes, to stir up solid sediment in a liquid and other applications.

High-speed mixers by design are propeller, paddle, milling, turbine. The mixer can be driven directly from the electric motor or through a reduction gear.
